3) Once you are happy with your design, select Add to Cart.

4) You will be redirected to the product page. Click Add to Cart.

MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT LEAVE THIS PAGE; IT WILL DELETE YOUR DESIGN.

5) Confirm your custom artifact is in your cart and click checkout.

FAQ

Do I need a .GPX file?

Yes. The custom map builder requires a GPX file upload. The most common apps are Ski Tracks, Slopes, Strava, Garmin, and more.

What activities other than skiing do you print?

We do anything with a GPX file. This includes hiking, biking, running, triathlon, swimming, scenic drives, and more. If your route has GPS data, we can likely build it.

Can I have multiple days of tracks?

Absolutely, there are two options.
1) In the custom map builder, make sure to upload all of the skiing tracks from multiple days. It will combine them automatically.

2) The large size can support multi-mountain layouts

How do I know my design was saved to my cart?

There will be an image that follows your design made within the map builder. There is also a design_id.

What are the sizes of the artifacts?

We have 3 sizes.

Small - 8.5" x 11" (Artifact is 4" in diameter)
Medium - 11" x 14" (Artifact is 6"
in diameter)
Large - Custom Made-To-Order Size

Custom orders can be made to order. (Pricing will vary)

What if my route has errors?

If we notice any issues, we will reach out to determine the best course of action. We will send confirmation prior to printing to make sure it reflects your true tracks.

How long does it take to create an artifact?

Each piece is custom made and hand assembled. It will take 3-5 business days to complete before shipping.

Can I add other artifacts to my map?

Yes. Our large size supports other memorabilia. We will work with you to add other artifacts including photos, patches, etc.

Can you create something outside your standard frame design?

Yes. If it is a custom order, we will work with you to create exactly what you are looking for. Send us an email or contact us through our contact page.

Do you send updates for custom orders?

Yes. Anything other than our small or medium size, we will send proof of your design to make sure it is customer approved before printing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We can ship anywhere in the world.

Can I refund my purchase?

Since these are custom printed, all purchase are final.
